Refunds and Returns

If your package has arrived damaged or is the incorrect order, please get in contact with us and we will replace your order.
We do not offer refund for change of mind, or products if packaging has been opened.
If your desire to refund or return your item fits the above description, please ensure you have contacted us within 30 days of placing your order. After this time our ability to exchange or refund your product is no longer possible.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an unused item due to damage or incorrect order, we will cover the costs of your refund determined by a case by case basis.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
